Entradas/To Start

Ceviche de Pescado – Traditional Peruvian seasonal fish ceviche, garnishes

Causa de Pollo – Cold potato mash, Peruvian chicken salad, avocado, garnishes  

Tamales de Cerdo – Peruvian style pork belly tamales, sarza, rocoto emulsion

Papitas Rellenas – Peruvian picadillo filled potatoes, rocoto emulsion, sarza criolla   

Papa a la Huancaína image– Steamed potatoes huancaína sauce, garnishes  

Platos Fuertes/Main Course

Lomo Saltado –  Beef tenderloin tips sautéed with julienne onions, tomato wedges, a vinegar pan jus, hand-cut fries, jasmine rice

Arroz con Mariscos  – Seafood of all colors and sizes cooked with jasmine rice, wine and Peruvian spices served with sarza criolla

Trucha – Whole Carolina rainbow trout, dusted with seasoned flour and pan-fried to a golden crisp, stewed lentil, sarza criolla, white jasmine rice

Arroz con Pato  6 hour braised organic Hudson Valley Mallard duck leg, cilantro and beer scented jasmine rice, huancaina ali oli, sarza

Seco de Carne– Boneless short ribs stewed slowly in a cilantro based dark beer sauce, canary beans, white rice

Postres/Desserts

Picarones – Peruvian style beignets, chancaca syrup

Flan de Queso – Cheesecake flan

3 leches – Our version of the famous dessert, creme anglaise
